Personal & Professional Background

 

Cristin Orr is the Chief Operating Officer of HydraCor. She joined the team in 2012 as the Head of Finance and was promoted to COO in June 2016. As COO, she is responsible for all operational policies and initiatives, as well as all financial goals and reporting. She provides day-to-day leadership and excels at managing large-scale projects, seeing them through to a successful completion. She additionally manages all the internal workflows to ensure efficiencies while maintaining the quality, integrity, and delivery of the Service Depot product.

Prior to her position at Service Depot, she served as the Supply Chain and Demand Coordinator at BESI North America, a designer, developer, and manufacturer of equipment for the semiconductor industry. Cristin is also an experienced Senior Buyer and worked at Vitronics Soltec, a global capital equipment manufacturer, where she was responsible for all aftermarket activities. There, she was able to increase daily order fulfillment by 40%, increased spares margins by 8%, and spares sales by 19%.

Cristin currently lives in Southern New Hampshire with her husband and two young children. Cristin is a passionate foodie who enjoys cooking for her family, reading a good book, playing video games with her husband and walking their dog.
